1. Seller Identification
MyBeautyMinute is an online store specializing in the sale of premium beauty and skincare products. Contact: secret.store75@hotmail.com
2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the MyBeautyMinute online store. Any order placed on our site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Products
The products offered are premium beauty and skincare products from selected brands. The descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. MyBeautyMinute reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). MyBeautyMinute reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is that displayed at the time of order validation.
5. Order
Any order constitutes the formation of a distance contract. It is confirmed by email. MyBeautyMinute reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made online securely. Banking information is encrypted and is never stored on our servers.
7. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is free for orders over 60€. For any questions: secret.store75@hotmail.com
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without stating a reason or incurring a penalty. Products must be unopened and unused.
9. Returns and refunds
To exercise this right, contact us at secret.store75@hotmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The refund will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the return.
10. Legal guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. French courts will have jurisdiction. You can also resort to consumer mediation.
