MyBeautyMinute is committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy.
1. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to:
- Metropolitan France
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland
- European Union (specific delivery times and rates)
2. Processing Times
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your delivery in real-time. This tracking is available directly in your customer area on MyBeautyMinute.
5. International Delivery
For deliveries outside Metropolitan France:
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days — rate calculated at checkout based on destination
- Switzerland, Norway: customs duties may apply and are payable by the recipient
6. Delivery Issues
In case of a damaged, lost, or undelivered package, contact us immediately at contact@mybeautyminute.com with your order number. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and find a solution as quickly as possible (reshipment or refund).
7. Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order. MyBeautyMinute cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.
