At MyBeautyMinute, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, in its intact original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be accepted for return, except in case of defect or error on our part.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, send an email to secret.store75@hotmail.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at secret.store75@hotmail.com with a photo of the product. We will cover all return costs and proceed with an exchange or full refund.
