📦 Orders & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Your orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days in mainland France (Colissimo). The Express option (24-48h) is also available. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Standard delivery is free for purchases over €60 in mainland France. Below €60, delivery costs are €4.99. See our Delivery page for full details.
Do you deliver outside of France?
Yes, we deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and throughout the European Union. Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination. Rates are calculated automatically when ordering.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number allows you to track your delivery in real time on the carrier's website. If you cannot find this email, check your spam or contact us.
What if my package hasn't arrived?
If your package has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, contact us via our contact page or by WhatsApp at +33 7 46 31 28 09. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and provide you with a quick solution (reshipment or refund).
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Opened hygiene products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons (French law).
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at contact@mybeautyminute.com or via WhatsApp, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions within 48 hours. Keep your proof of shipment.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method as the original order. You will receive a confirmation email.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover the return costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are secured via SSL technology. Your banking data is never stored on our site.
Is installment payment possible?
Yes, interest-free installment payment is available via Shop Pay (Shopify). This option is automatically displayed at checkout depending on the amount of your order.
Is my banking information secure?
Absolutely. MyBeautyMinute uses Shopify Payments technology, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of security for online commerce). Your banking information is encrypted and never transmitted in clear text.
How do I use my discount code?
During checkout, a "Discount Code" field appears on the summary page. Enter your code (e.g., WELCOME10) and click "Apply". The discount will be immediately deducted from the total amount.

Are the products sold on MyBeautyMinute authentic?
All our products are carefully selected. We invite you to check the detailed characteristics of each product on the descriptive sheets. If you have any doubts about a product received, contact us immediately — we will find a solution.
Do the products have an expiration date?
Yes, all cosmetic products have an optimal opening date (PAO symbol on the packaging) and a manufacturing date. Our products are shipped with a sufficient period of use for an optimal experience.
How do I choose the right product for my skin?
Each product sheet contains detailed information on the appropriate skin type (dry, combination, oily, sensitive). If you are unsure, our team is available via WhatsApp to provide personalized advice before your purchase.
Do the products contain allergenic ingredients?
The complete list of ingredients (INCI) is available on the packaging of each product. In case of a known allergy, we recommend that you consult the ingredient list before use. Our team can provide you with this information upon request.
